The Google Maps' image is Karakunidake (韓国岳) of Kirishima volcanic group?
Erupting volcano is not Karakunidake but Shinmoedake (新燃岳).
Shinmoedake is located about 3km southeast of Karakunidake.

The TV programm (former North Korean officer) said that North Korean missile bases was connected by tunnels.
Also said there were launch holes at the right side's hill of Bukchang base.
