Steel frames in the desert (Google Maps)

Not sure what this is for, more testing or just probably targets. They appear in imagery around 2010 and seem to have gone up a floor or 2 but no visible damage yet.

Take a look at the blown up structure to the left of this in Google Maps, and than check it out in Bing...

I am guessing that was an older image when the hangar was being built. Also the cross looking runway was being laid down. Check out the stuff to the left of the steel frames. The blue and white "buildings", some kind of weird lay out and looks like a formation of 10 trucks? in the GE and even GM imagery, it seems like they have all been "taken" out. Pretty cool.
