Kind of reminded me of all those images of Gulf War I bombed out Iraqi reinforced shelters.
Looks like it got hit by 2 PGMs between 2011 and 2012. Interesting to notice that it looked different in earlier imagery, just regular rectangular shape then Chinese made it more like a regular reinforced bunker with what appears to be an entrance.
