With four distinct Art Deco style pylons that are a characteristic part of the downtown skyline of Kansas City, Missouri, Bartle Hall is uniquely cantilevered across Interstate 670 with cable stays attached to the four tall 300 foot pylons.

During the convention center's construction, Interstate 670 remained open.
