Thats simply the China Radio International Beijing / Radio France International Paris medium wave broadcast site, with two antenna systems on mediumwave, and another Shortwave band transmitting site on the easterly site, visible are 28 shortwave antenna masts.

A sharp lobe direction antenna system for 1296 kHz mediumwave at 600 kW power.
