German-Russian Museum (where WWII ended)

World War II in Europe ended officially on 8 May 1945 in this building in the Berlin suburb of Karlshorst. Field Marshall Wilhelm Keitel and other German military leaders signed the unconditional surrender papers in the presence of leaders of the victorious Allied forces.
