New York City Fire Academy

The Bureau of Training and three other FDNY units operate at the New York City Fire Academy. The Academy is situated on 27 acres of land on Randall's Island near the hub or the Triboro Bridge connecting the three boroughs of Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx. This training center is adjacent to 68 acres of parkland, an outdoor recreation area consisting of tennis courts; baseball, softball and soccer fields; and walking, jogging and cycling paths.
