PNC Firstside Center, at nearly 650,000 square feet (the equivalent of 12 football fields), is the largest building in the United States to receive the prestigious Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. PNC Firstside Center earned the Silver level certification for significant achievement in sustainable design and construction.

PNC Firstside, located at First Avenue and Grant Street along the Monongahela River in downtown Pittsburgh, is the company's bank operations and processing hub. This wired facility, equipped with 234 miles of data cable, supports most of PNC's businesses and customers nationwide. The new building will house Bank Operations, Treasury Management, Corporate Loan Operations, Network Services and Employee Development.
