At 250m, Porto Montenegro has the world's largest superyacht dock, which far surpasses the length of Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan's yacht, Azzam, the world's largest, at 180m.
The entirety of Porto Montenegro includes 450 yacht berths, a 5-star hotel, retail space, luxury rental apartments, and residential real estate. The developers eventually plan to increase the number of yacht berths to a total of 600.
