Remains of the Manchester Corporation Tramway

Manchester Corporation Tramway was an electric tram service which served parts of Manchester from 1901 to 1949.

The Manchester tram service was the UK's second largest tram servive - Glasgow being the biggest tram service in the UK.

Not much of the tram line remain today, but a small section of cobblestone road with an original tram track still intact can be seen in Salford on Great Clowes Street.
