Odd formations at Whiteman Airport. By the looks of the green numbered bulldozers, quonset hut, and helicopter suspended on a tower, I think it must be military drills.

Jbottero says this is the location brush fire jumpers deploy from. So, chances are these are firejumpers readying to deploy.
