Apalachicola, Florida

Apalachicola is located in the panhandle of Florida and sits on the Apalachicola Bay, an inlet of the Gulf of Mexico. Seafood is a notable industry especially shrimp and oysters. In recent years water pollution and the lack of water flow in the Apalachicola River have caused the oyster industry to suffer.
