On Sunday 11th November 2023, Brian BX2AKP, a radio amateur from Taiwan, reached the summit of 畢祿山 (Bì lù Shān) and became this first to activate this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 8 contacts in total working on the 15m and 12m amateur radio bands.
