On Saturday 18th November 2023, Brian BX2AKP, a radio amateur from Taiwan, reached the summit of 鈴鳴山 (Líng míng shān) and becamer the first to activate this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 8 contacts in total working on the 15m amateur radio band.
