C.P. Waggoner Park

In the time between the Google imagery and the Yahoo imagery, the city parks department reconfigured all four of the larger baseball fields. Weren't they okay the directions they previously faced? Looks like the redesign gave more free space between fields. They never tried that design when initially blueprinting the park?!
