Censored Buildings in White Plains

why is white plains train station censored? is there something naughty on the roof of the building??

There was a batch of imagery in New Yourk that Google bought a while back that had almost all infrastructure (train, airports, power plants, etc.) censored. Speculation was that these images were all created shortly after 9/11 and in the hysteria following the attack where heavy handedly censored. Much of that imagery has been replaced by newer uncensored views but as you have discovered there is still some remaining.
