On Sunday 10th July 2022 Jo I1WKN/P a radio amateur from Italy reached the summit of Cima delle Lobbie and became the first to activate this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 43 contacts in total working on the 2 metre VHF, 70cm UHF and the 17 and 6 metre HF amateur radio bands.
