On Sunday 27th November 2022, Jo I1WKN/P, a radio amateur from Italy reached the summit of Punta Rasciassa and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 65 contacts in total working on the 70cm and the 2, 6, 40 and 20 metre amateur radio bands.
