Clinton High School has approximately 1,100 students from 10th-12th grade.
The Arrows have numerous sporting championships. The soccer team won nine 5A state championships, the Lady Arrow basketball team won a championship in 2005, The boys Cross Country won a state championship in 2010 and the Lady Kingpins won the 5A bowling state championship in 2007 and 2008.
