The Enterprise building, officially the Enterprise Office Center, is an office building in Pankrác in Prague 4. It was built by the Austrian development company Este Group Immorent, the construction took place between June 2014 and December 2016. The architect of this building is Vladimír Krátký, built by Strabag. It is a very ecological building, it is awarded the international BREEAM Excellent certificate.
At the end of 2016, it was bought jointly by RSJ Investments and the founders of Avast Software, Eduard Kučera and Pavel Baudiš, for CZK 3 billion.
