On Friday 22nd March 2024 at 13:51UTC, Zdenko 9A4FM, a radio amateur from Croatia made contact with Jaromnir OK1XZ/P, a radio amateur from the Czech Republic who was operating from EVL Kladruby nad Labem (OKFF-3232) on the 20m amateur radio band.

EVL Kladruby nad Labem (OKFF-3232), is a protected area of 450 hectares lying between the villages of Selmice and Kladruby nad on the right bank of the river Elbe east of Prague in the Czech Republic. It was designated as a Special Area of Conservation (Habitats Directive) in 2018.

The area is important for arboreal fauna such as the vermilion woodpecker.
