On Friday 29th March 2024 at 15:19 UTC, Zdenko 9A4FM, a radio amateur from Croatia, made contact with Michal OK1SIM/P, a radio amateur from the Czech Republic, who was operating from EVL Ledný potok (OKFF-3301), on the 40m amateur radio band. Michal made a total of 61 contacts while at the reserve.
EVL Ledný potok (OKFF-3301), is a protected area of 1.6146 hectares lying to the east of Pilsen in the west of the Czech Republic. It was established in 2005 as a Protected Landscape Area.
