This was the location of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Seattle Branch from 1951-2008. The bank has since relocated to Renton, WA .
The address of the building is 1015 2nd Avenue. It has been redeveloped for mixed used by Martin Selig Real Estate. An 8 story addition on top of the original building was completed in 2020.
