On Sunday 31st March 2024 at 08:44 UTC, Lothar DL3HXX, a radio amateur from Germany, made contact with Jaan SM0ECK/P, a radio amateur from Sweden, who was operating from Flenberget-Myckelgrav (SMFF-6243), on the 30m amateur radio band. Jann made a total of 50 contacts while at the reserve.

Flenberget-Myckelgrav (SMFF-6243) is located in the province of Dalarna, to the west of Lake Siljan, in central Sweden. It is a geological feature which resembles a glacial cirque. Glacial cirques are usually found a higher altitudes of this feature which below 500 metres asl.
