Foot Guards at Wellington Barracks

The Wellington Barracks date back to 1833 and are located southeast of Buckingham Palace. The Barracks house the Foot Guard Battalions on public duties. These foot guards usually have ceremonial or historical significance, i.e. Queen's Guard at Buckingham. Currently the barracks are home to the Grenadier Guards (most senior of the Guards Division), Coldstream Guards (oldest regiment) and Scot Guards.
