Hi! Great aerial of the Boyarsky house! I was wondering where you found the information that Breuer was the architect. The only thing I found in his collection at the Smithsonian was that he did an addition in 1979. Would love to be able to either confirm him as the architect of the entire house, or find out who the original architect was. Thanks again and great work! This site has helped me quite a bit in finding properties for a Modern architecture group that I'm doing research for, appreciate the hard work!

I agree with cath61...the garage addition is by Breuer not sure who is responsible for the original home.

This is definitely the "Geller I" house. See http://www.amazon.com/Breuer-Houses-Joachim-Driller/dp/0714838934/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1309968524&sr=8-1 pp. 144-151.

Other than HVAC ducts added to the roof, the garage and house appear to be little changed from their as built exterior appearance.
