Glover’s Swivel Bridge is a pedestrian bridge over the Macclesfield Canal. The Present bridge was installed in 1990’s by British Waterways at the insistence of Cheshire County Council which wanted to preserve the ‘Right of Way’; the previous bridge having disappeared during the 1970’s.
