The Hudson Athens Lighthouse opened in 1874 and sits on the Hudson River between the towns of Athens and Hudson. It is considered endangered and needs work due to years of erosion.
The lighthouse reaches a height of 46 feet (14 m) and has a range of 4 nautical miles (7.4 km; 4.6 mi).
