On Saturday 30th March 2024 at 14:39 UTC, Lacy YO6CFB, a radio amateur from Romania, made contact with Peter SP8X/P, a radio amateur from Poland, who was operating from Landscape Park Pojezierze Łęczyńskie (SPFF- 0098), on the 40m amateur radio band. Peter made a total of 101 contacts while at the reserve.
Landscape Park Pojezierze Łęczyńskie (SPFF- 0098)[Łęczyńskie Lakeland Landscape Park], is a protected area of 11,816 hectares located in the counties of Lubartowski, Parczew, Włodawa and Łęczyński in the Lublin Voivodeship to the east of Warsaw in Poland. It was established in 1990 as a Landscape Park in Poland.
