The Lapworth Museum of Geology is located within the Aston Webb A Block building just off the Ring Road South at the Edgbaston Campus of the University of Birmingham.
The Museum’s is the home of one of UK’s best geological collection visitors and by means of state-of the art galleries and interactive exhibits it allows visitors to explore life on earth over the past 3.5 billion years.
The Museum has collections from the West Midlands and other worldwide locations. Its collections include rocks, minerals, fossils, historical maps and documents.
