Massasoit State Park (KFF-2446)

On Wednesday 20th March 2024 at 15:10 UTC, Lothar DL3HXX a radio amateur from Germany made contact with Bob WC1N a radio amateur from South Easton, MA who was operating from Massasoit (KFF-2446) on the 17m amateur radio band.

Massasoit State Park south east of Taunton, MA is well worth visiting at any time of the year but especially so in the autumn. The park has many trails which can be explored on foot or by bike and there are lots of lakes and pools offering many opportunities for fishing or other aquatic activities.
