Men at a well in the desert

This is incredible. How did you find this spot? It is so small it is almost impossible to find by random search. Or did you know it was there?

I found the "Man on a Camel" posted at Google Earth Hacks. A discussion about the post mentions that it is part of the National Geographic Layer.

Enable that layer in Google Earth and there will be a sprinkling of a few hundred little red airplane icons. These mark itty-bitty high res areas like this one. I've been poking around in them all day. Lots of animals and villages. Most of them are just deserts and dunes though.

I had been saving them up to post all at once but your conveyor was one of them so I've started posting the ones I liked the most.

Very interesting but I'm on Linux, so no Google Earth for me...
