On Saturday 30th July 2022 Colwyn I/M0YCJ/P a radio amateur from Scotland reached the summit of Monte Fallere and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 17 contacts in total working on the 20 metre HF amateur radio band.
The summit of Monte Fallere is 3062 metres (10046 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA groups database.
