The museum tells the story of Dutch immigration to Brazil, in particular to Arapoti. In the structure where the museum is located, it served as a station for receiving milk and producing butter for the Cooperativa Central de Laticínios until 1979. In 2005, the headquarters were transformed into a museum, housing a vast collection of objects, photographs, a library and decorated environments with furniture brought by Dutch immigrants, reproducing their lifestyle.
