Nature Park Habichtswald (DLFF-0062), covers an area of 47,828 hectares lying in northern Hesse, north-west Germany. 406 hectares of the Nature Park was designated as a Nature Reserve in 2012 and is an IUCN Management Category IV area
An IUCN Management Category IV area is an area to protect particular species or habitats and are managed to prioritise this objective.
Harry was at the summit of Hoher Dörnberg (579 metres asl) while he was at the reserve and made a total of 20 contacts for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
