On Sunday 30th April 2023, Paulo CT2IWW, a radio amateur from Portugal, reached the summit of Pico da Nevosa and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 12 contacts in total working on the 2m and 20m amateur radio bands.
