On Tuesday 26th July 2022 Marcel HB9TWM/P a radio amateur from Switzerland reached the summit of Pizzo Taneda and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 64 contacts in total working on the 40, 30 and 20 metre HF amateur radio bands.
The summit of Pizzo Taneda 2668 is metres (8753 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA groups database.
