On Sunday 16th July 2023, Aleksander S57S/P, a radio amateur from Slovenia reached the summit of Planjava and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 34 contacts in total working on the 2m and 20m and amateur radio bands.
