The present Ramsey Town Hall stands on Parliament Square at the centre of the town on the same site as its two predecessors. It was design by Gordon Clark of Cornerstone Architects and built by the construction company McArd Limited. It opened on Monday 29 April 2002.

The three-storey building has a double storey- main entrance and is constructed form concrete and glass. It houses not only the Ramsey Town Commissioners’ offices but also the town’s library, civil registry and police station.
