Richard Caring's house

The Beverly Hills mansion, which features a 300-foot infinity moat going around 90 % of the house, 5 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, was built by the real estate developer and businessman Richard Papalian.

The house was sold to British-born and Las Vegas-based restaurant and nightlife mogul Neil Moffitt.

It was sold to British entrepreneur Richard Caring on the last day of 2016.
