This is the front entrance to the historic Roseland Ballroom, in New York City. On the other side of the block, you can see the structure that holds the actual ballroom / performance space.
Next month the Roseland will close for good, to be torn down. According to Rodger Friedman, "The owner is “developing the property”– which means it will be condos with a CVS downstairs and some chain restaurant. More NYC history gone."
