'Round House' by Oliver Hill (StreetView)
1935
In 1934, Hill was selected as the principal architect in charge of the Frinton Park Estate; a 200-acre development and he suggested bringing in several young modernist architects including Wells Coates, Maxwell Fry, Erich Mendelsohn, Serge Chermayeff, Tecton, FRS Yorke, Frederick Gibberd and others.
