Driving for the Jordan racing team, Japan's Takuma Sato raced this Honda-powered EJ12 in his rookie Formula One season in 2002. His best finish was 5th in the Japanese Grand Prix. Sato spent seven seasons in F1 and has competed in the IndyCar series since 2010.
This car is on display at the Honda Collection Hall at Twin Ring Motegi.
