This is the old large house of San Marcos (Antigua Casona de San Marcos). You can see the actual location of the San Marcos University at:

Well, almost...if you can see throug the clouds. At the left of the view you can see part of the San Marcos Stadium, one of the largest from Lima, but almost without use.
