On Saturday 6th April 2024, Zoran E77Z, a radio amateur from Bosnia and Herzegovina, reached the summit of Velika Lelija and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 7 contacts in total working on the 20m and 10m amateur radio bands.
The summit of Velika Lelija is 2971 metres (6667 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
