On Sunday 24th March 2024 at 09:10 UTC, Danny ON4VT, a radio amateur from Belgium made contact with Vladimir Z35M/P, a radio amateur from North Macedonia who was operating from the Vodno (Skopje) (Z3FF-0009) on the 20m amateur radio band. Vladimir made a total of 45 contacts while he was in the reserve.
Vodno (Skopje) (Z3FF-0009), is a protected area of 3,991 hectares located south-west of Skopje in North Macedonia. It was designated as a Protected Landscape in 2021 and is an IUCN Management Category V area. The Vodno forest park is an important green space near to the city of Skopje
