The house at 1365 Londonderry may have been designed by Lustig in 1949 for Mr. Wayne, but the house that was built there in 1952 for Gustav Dann was designed by Julius R Davidson. Permits show a permit pulled in 1949 for Wayne, but they also show a new building permit in 1952 for Dann. House is still standing. Julius Shulman has a photo of the house for Dann by Davidson in his collection. I believe the Wayne house was not completed.
