Westland Whirlwind & other aircraft remains (Google Maps)
No Thumbnail
Westland Whirlwind HAR.10 helicopter (XP359), two Blackburn Buccaneer nose sections (XV161 & XX892, some sources mention XT280 & XX888) and one Canberra TT.18 nose section (WJ721) & maybe others at Dundonald, Scotland. I believe this was called Dundonald Aviation Centre but it has since been closed down and at least some of the planes have been moved elsewhere.

Only in GE Historical imagery, timeslider = 12/30/1999.

I looked at the thumbnail before reading the title and exclaimed, "What a great shot of a giraffe."
