Description: This is an interesting site.

Things to note:

- What are the odd structures at the northern edge (3 rows of 7) surounded by dirt? New buildings, comoflaged items, storage, missiles ???

- Round object in the NW corner at the end of the road ... monument? antenna? radar?

- I see three AAA sites in and around (1) just south of the 21 odd structures (2) just north of the blue buiuldings and (3) a medium distance west of the blue buildings.

- horseshoe shapes berms near the very long building north of the blue buildings

- the almost complete lack of motor vehicles (save for a single walled in area with many trucks.)

Analogman's picture The 3 rows of 7 look like camouflaged netting over roofs, or possibly frames. It's likely the area is a parking area for vehicles and parking them under canopies prevents them from being easily counted by satellite.

The odd round object appears to be a graded area for some sort of antenna, whether it's radar or comms.

The V shaped building 1/2 way between the 21 cammo'd buildings and the blue roofed ones, appears to be a motor pool and repair area with S-60 AAA guns in revetments. Probably the same type guns in the sites you mentioned.

pdunn's picture Is it my imagination, or does the netting have the Korean flag printed on them?

kjfitz's picture In Google Earth they look more like camo netting in a square pattern.
