I have seen this site covered by other people that wondered if this is military or not, kind of hard to tell. It would appear the Chinese tried some sort of runway bombs, maybe like French Durandal bomb or dropped some PGMs to take out still stretch of concrete that resembles a runway.

Yeah, I saw that one, it appears to have been built early 2010 and blown up later in the year, it is damaged in the 8/19/2010 image.Hasn't been repaired since. I was getting tired last night and didn't include it! I thought the odd steel frame structures next to it were more interesting. They haven't been bombed yet or maybe they are something else than target practice, I don't know.
